Named after Ceratotherium simum (White Rhino), with “Cerato-” from the Greek keros (horn), connects this crisp, bright white wine directly to the majestic animal it honours. Partial barrel fermentation reveals bright citrus, stone fruit and tropical layers. The palate is creamy yet balanced, finishing with preserved lemon and a refreshing crispness. Pairs beautifully with herbal mussels, citrus-herbed grilled chicken, and Camembert.
Pinotage
Diceros
Named after Dic eros bicornis (Black Rhino), with “Di-ceros” meaning “two-horned,” highlighting the species’ distinctive double horns. Diceros reflects the deeper colour and bold style of this full-bodied Pinotage. Barrel-matured, it reveals rich black and red berry aromas with strawberry confit, supported by ripe tannins. Notes of cherry tobacco and roasted berries add complexity, finishing dry with a graphite edge. Pairs beautifully with sweet BBQ ribs, boerewors, steak, and Gouda.
